My journey at Dr. Reddy’s began in the corporate strategy team. As my perspective changed from meeting short-term goals to fulfilling a long-term vision, I developed the ability to look at projects on multiple levels. I have learned technical and people skills on the job, and today, Dr. Reddy’s is a platform for me to challenge myself and succeed in creative ways.
I started off at Dr. Reddy’s as a field sales executive, and over the past 25 years have taken up every unique opportunity offered to me. I have led several geographies and built my knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical value chain. My progress has been parallel to Dr. Reddy’s global expansion — you could say we have grown older and wiser together!
I came into Dr. Reddy’s in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at the Centre for Excellence, and joined the Viable Vision project about two years later. It was a wonderful foundation upon which I have built my career. Today, as a senior manager handling an important portfolio, I can say the company has helped me every step of the way to become the professional I am.
