Yugandhar joined Dr. Reddy’s in 2001 as Supply Chain Manager and over time, held positions of increasing responsibility. He has been Head of Demand Planning, Mexico Integration, and the Head of Europe Supply Chain & Technology. At present, he is Head of Global Supply Chain.

Over the past 20 years, Yugandhar has contributed significantly to the company’s growth through multiple initiatives (Cost Leadership, APO & IBP), as well as integrated global supply chain functions across business units. He takes pride in having created one of world’s most integrated supply chain teams that’s business-focused and understands the market and customer needs.

Prior to Dr. Reddy’s, Yugandhar was part of Eli Lilly, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Max Pharma, Dabur and Hawkins. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani (MMS), ISB (Operations & Supply Chain Management) and INSEAD (Leadership Programme for Senior Executives).
