Ms. Kalpana Morparia, Independent Director and Former Chairman of JPMorgan - South and Southeast Asia, was a member of J.P. Morgan’s Asia Pacific Management Committee. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, India, Ms. Morparia served as Vice Chair on the Board of ICICI Group and was a Joint Managing Director of ICICI Group from 2001 to 2007. A graduate in science and law from Mumbai University, Ms. Kalpana Morparia has served on several committees constituted by the Government of India. She has been recognized by national and international media for her role as one of the leading women professionals. She also serves on the Boards of Hindustan Unilever Limited, Philip Morris International Inc. and a member of the Board of Governors of Bharti Foundation.
